    • Inventory is converted into pounds and a Total Opportunity for Landfill Diversion is calculated.
    • Inventory Analytics are Developed with Surplus and Internal Reuse Categories
    • A Surplus Streams Forecast is developed and recommended.
    • A Pre-Project Findings Forecast is presented with projections and recommendations to achieve the greatest diversion results.
    • A KPA do-Sustain® project proposal scope and price are provided based on the Findings Forecast.
