- This Suite of Pre-Project activities is designed as a full starting inventory and evaluation of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and hard-in product (flooring, cabling, lighting, millwork) that will be impacted by your project plan and goals.
- On-Site Assessment and Data-Entry
- Impact Inventory is Published and Visible On-Line
- Inventory is converted into pounds and a Total Opportunity for Landfill Diversion is calculated.
- Inventory Analytics are Developed with Surplus and Internal Reuse Categories
- A Surplus Streams Forecast is developed and recommended.
- A Pre-Project Findings Forecast is presented with projections and recommendations to achieve the greatest diversion results.
- A KPA do-Sustain® project proposal scope and price are provided based on the Findings Forecast.
PROJECT ACTIVITY MAPPING and EXECUTION
- A KPA do-Sustain® PM is assigned to work alongside your project PM and acts as a full member of your awarded project team.
- KPA works with your project team to do-Sustain® integration and mapping to the project timelines, tasks, and budget.
- KPA shepherds, teaches, and collaborates throughout project activities and execution to ensure Surplus is separated, streamed and managed for highest diversion and community benefit.
- KPA shepherds, teaches, and collaborates throughout project activities and execution to ensure embedded carbon project impacts are managed for highest diversion and community benefit. This includes tailpipe and trucking logistics mitigation solutions.
- KPA gathers ongoing documentation, recording and analytics to verify diversion activities, calculations, and claims, including embedded carbon from project activities.
- KPA develops surplus repurposing plan with non-profit and community partners.
- KPA manages all legal liability, paperwork and logistics plan related to community surplus donations.
SURPLUS RESALE
KPA develops your Asset Recovery plan for high value and not fully depreciated FF&E.
- KPA will provide a market price for your resale items and reach out to our national buyer’s network for “intent to buy” responses at or above this offering price.
- From the pool of interested buyers, KPA selects the buyer through a KPA lottery process.
- KPA acts as your 3rd party trust agent, managing all aspects of the sale, contracts and transfer of funds to you, per your established protocols.
NET-ZERO CARBON CREDIT OFFSETS
KPA works with verified, small international NGO eco-projects that can provide you carbon credit offsets to get you to a true net zero goal. Contact us to help you ensure your carbon credit purchases are truly supporting true eco-community projects.

- A Recycle, Refurbisher and Transfer Station Document
- A Carbon Credit Purchase Package
- An Embedded Carbon Informational Report
- A Copy of our Independent Auditor’s Results Verification Report
